Volunteer Opportunities

Yes, there’s a need for that.

As a volunteer-run organization, our members donate their time and efforts not just at the Dell, but across all facets of the society. We are always looking for ways to improve, and ensure DSCSF thrives for years to come.

Do you have a special skill or expertise? Is there something you have noticed that could be done more efficiently, or something that needs to be done? Chances are we have, too, and our current volunteers need more help to get the work done. That’s where you come in!

Volunteer at the Dell

We are always looking for volunteers to help us maintain the Dahlias located at the Dell in Golden Gate Park.

You must be a member to volunteer.

All volunteers are required to sign a liability waver, download it here.

We can always use help:

  • Tech (Zoom/Audio/Visual)

  • Tech (Web, Social, Platforms)

  • Marketing

  • Business/Operations

  • Accounting

  • Legal Counsel

  • Retail/Sales

  • Project Management

  • Event Management

  • Content/Writing

  • Imagery/Photography

Some examples of ways to contribute:

  • Tech support for the monthly meetings

  • Maintaining an email marketing platform

  • Membership management platforms

  • Writers for tutorials or documenting our history

  • Illustrators or photographers to create assets for us to use

  • Making repairs at the Dell

  • Recommendations for trustworthy local vendors (printers for signage and flyers, event catering, etc)
